LCL SHIPMENTS (CONSOLIDATED) - FROM AN EU COUNTRY

If your consignment of personal effects is arriving in Cyprus as part of an LCL shipment (i.e. a small part load) from any EU Country, we will contact you once the vessel arrives, and once we have confirmation that the container has been unloaded (either at the port or shipping agents warehouse). We will then arrange a convenient delivery date with you.

Your consignment will be cleared through customs (on a T2L – European entry form) and delivered to your residence on one of our vehicles (suitable according to the volume). The consignment will be unloaded, cartons and furniture placed in required rooms, cartons unpacked (if required) and placed on level surfaces, and debris (unwanted cartons and packing materials) removed the same day of delivery. If you require time to unpack cartons at your own leisure, once completed you may contact us and we will arrange for a member of crew to return and collect the packaging.

LCL SHIPMENTS (CONSOLIDATED) - FROM AN NON EU COUNTRY

If your shipment is arriving in Cyprus as part of an LCL shipment (i.e. a small part load) from a Non EU Country, and consists of personal household effects, we will contact you once the vessel arrives and once we have confirmation that the container has been unloaded (either at the port or shipping agents warehouse). We will then arrange a convenient clearance and delivery date with you.

For Non EU shipments, it is requested that the owner of the consignment (i.e. the consignee on the shipping documents) is present for customs formalities. It will be requested that the client attend Limassol port for customs formalities, and will require some (or all) of the following documentation, depending on your circumstances:

• Passport,
• Permanent residency slip (or visa)
• Letter from current employer,
• Long term rental agreement or copy of purchase of house contract.

The consignment will be cleared through customs and the delivery is booked for the following day, loaded and delivered to your residence on one of our vehicles (suitable according to the volume).

Duty or taxes are payable on new items which should be declared to customs during your formalities procedure.

The consignment will be unloaded, cartons and furniture placed in required rooms, cartons unpacked (if required) and placed on level surfaces, and debris (unwanted cartons and packing materials) removed the same day of delivery.
